Healthy! Carrot Tuna Salad


(3 to 4 servings)
3 carrot shredded
1 canned tuna(in water) drained
1/2 jar of marinated artichoke hearts
1~1.5 Tbsp. sour cream
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tsp. Dijon mastered
Dill (dry)

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate about 10 minutes.

Note: This is perfect for summer! You may add raisins.
